Data we use
The name, phone number, email, vehicle details, location and description you provide in your enquiry. We use them to respond and prepare the requested service, based on pre-contractual steps or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Form security
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated spam. Cloudflare processes technical connection and device data for this purpose. Our server validates the security token before sending your enquiry. A short-lived technical request limit helps prevent abuse.
Recipients and retention
Enquiries are sent to KeyMaster OÜ by email. Our hosting and email providers and Cloudflare participate in processing. We keep enquiry data as long as needed to handle your enquiry and related service or fulfil legal obligations.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion, and where applicable restriction of processing or object to processing. Contact info@keymaster.ee. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
